How are the electricity bills worked out?

Each unit has its own electricity meter.

What facilities are there?

There are shared facilities for kitchen & toilets. For the offices there is a recycling container for cardboard and paper, as well as a container for other office waste.

Are there any extra service charges?

There are currently no additional service charges.

Is there any parking?

There is currently parking for 1 to 3 cars per office unit depending on size, plus some additional space for customer parking.

What Deposit is required?

We require a 3 month deposit for office units and a 1 month deposit for work units.

What is the tie in?

A one month notice period by either party is required to the end of the party.

How is payment made?

It is a requirement that a standing order be set up to handle monthly payments.
